Foundation - Adult ADHD - Course details
The foundation-themed courses are designed to connect men with similar life situations and equip them with tools to navigate their particular situation.
We have chosen these themes because we ourselves have lived them.
Adult ADHD like many neuro divergencies is not really understood at least in our experience.
For us the hallmarks are feeling overwhelmed, challenges of over stimulation, social anxiety, needing our environments to be ordered, challenges with staying on task, erratic thoughts and a loud over bearing inner voice. Challenges with depression, isolation, and mental exhaustion.
In the course we will share what worked for us in a collaborative program environment that encourages authentic, vulnerable open and direct sharing.
IN that environment you will discover the power of having shared experiences and learn new and powerful tools to navigate this neuro divergency in your own life.
Foundations Adult ADHD Framework:
We embark on a 4-week journey that explores tools and perspectives that support men with Adult ADHD to navigate life more effectively.
In each session, we layer on different experiences, practises and concepts that enable you to connect with yourself and others, develop capacity and learn practical tools and approaches that fundamentally Shift your experience of living with this "condition"
