The Shift is a whole of life journey for men who are ready to do the work.
What do we mean by that?
Life for everyone is ebb and flow. It does not matter who you are, where you come from or what your background is. What matters is how you handle it.
What also does not change is that how we spend our time and where we put our energy is a direct reflection of what is important to us because life is a cumulative moment by moment experience.
With those two principles in mind we have designed a program that incorporates this all-of-life approach with a first step program that is a toe in the water experience.
In the framework course we touch on everything.
One
Introducing a pillar practise into your and seeing for yourself the difference that it makes in all areas of your life. We suggest choosing a meditation practise but if that does not resonate for you then you can choose any reflective Pillar practise that you like. It might be a commitment to journaling or contemplating key life questions.
Two
The course becomes a journey in embedding that Practise as a life rhythm and seeing what you need to do and who you need to be to sustain it. In that context we explore the power of consistency and a life lived purposefully
Three
In tandem with that you also get to have a direct experience of what it means to come together with a group of men in circle. Experience for yourself why it is such a powerful Practise for men.
